SHIPPING


DELIVERY IN ROMANIA


We ship throughout the entire territory of Romania through our partner, Cargus, which can be found at www.cargus.ro. We reserve the right not to ship ABULIL products through Romanian Post.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship ABULIL products internationally through our partner DHL to all European Union member countries, as well as countries that are not part of the EU, with some exceptions: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, etc. In the case of non-EU countries, customs duties corresponding to each country’s tax policy will apply.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot redirect the order once it has been collected from the ABULIL headquarters.

Before we can ship your products, it may be necessary to reconfirm your card issuer’s details. We will do our best to minimize delays and provide support in processing orders.

The international delivery period is between 2 and 7 working days.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

In the case of a return, the cost of shipping is covered by the customer.

We accept exchanges of products within 30 working days from receiving the package at the ABULIL headquarters or from the date of purchase.

For online and in-store orders, we accept the following options:

  1. Exchange of the product with another product of equal or higher value.
  2. Exchange of the product for a voucher of equivalent value.
  3. Refund of the money.

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

  1. They are returned within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase and are accompanied by a fiscal receipt or warranty certificate with the purchase date.
  2. Only jewelry that is free of defects, in its original condition, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories attached, and showing no signs of use, will be accepted.

The value of the returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days from the completion of the return procedure, carried out by the ABULIL quality control team. Money refunds are made on the spot for in-store orders.

Customized products cannot be returned.


We can only exchange a piece of jewelry for another product of the same or higher value. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team at +40730101395 or email us at comenzi@abulil.ro. The re-delivery time depends on the chosen product, whether it is in stock or needs to be custom-made. If you wish to exchange a product for another from a future collection, the amount already paid can remain in the customer’s account until the product is available for purchase. If the desired new product is more expensive than the one being returned, you will need to pay the difference.

In the case of a customer requesting a return, the product can only be returned using the same method by which it was purchased: online – through express courier.

In the case of receiving jewelry as a gift that the customer does not wish to keep, we offer replacement with another product of similar value. The returned product must be accompanied by the warranty certificate, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For the purchase of a gift card/voucher, we do not accept refunds of the financial value.

We reserve the right not to accept multiple returns from the same customer.

We would like to inform you that ABULIL will refund the customer the amount paid for the purchased product but not third-party fees (bank transfer, mobile payment, exchange rate differences, etc.).


WARRANTY

The warranty period for the material of our jewelry is 24 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty certificate allows the customer to exchange or repair the purchased product within 24 months from the date of purchase if it has manufacturing defects. To exercise this right, the presentation of the quality certificate is required.

Manufacturing defects include: broken pendants, detached rings or bracelets, fallen diamonds, mechanical deformations.

For defects that are not covered by our warranty, such as scratches, excessive or improper wear, broken chains, gold discoloration, repairs will be carried out at an additional cost, depending on the complexity and type of repair. The customer will be informed of this cost before the repair is processed. The pickup/delivery time for a repair/replacement is XX working days from the moment the processing begins. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer if delivery is requested.

The warranty we offer ensures the rights of the consumer in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 on the sale of products and associated warranties, and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection.

RECOMMENDATIONS

For the proper maintenance of ABULIL jewelry, we recommend:

– Handle jewelry with care, especially those with embedded stones or pearls, as their settings are not resistant to mechanical shocks.

– Store jewelry in the boxes received when purchasing the products or in other jewelry boxes.

– Do not wear jewelry during household/rough

 activities or activities that may come into contact with substances containing sulfur.

– Do not wear jewelry during physical activities.

– Avoid contact with hard chemicals, as they may corrode the metal.

– Precious metal can lose its luster over time if frequently in contact with agents like perfume, saltwater, skin creams, hair spray, chlorine, or sulfur. Depending on usage, we recommend having the jewelry examined and cleaned by a jeweler at least once a year.
