DELIVERY IN ROMANIA

We ship throughout Romania, through our partner, Cargus. www.cargus.ro. We reserve the right not to ship ABULIL products through the Romanian Post.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship ABULIL products, through our partner DHL, to all member countries of the European Union, as well as to countries that are not part of the EU, with certain exceptions: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, etc. In the case of non-EU countries, customs duties will apply corresponding to the fiscal policy of each country.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot redirect the order once it has been picked up from ABULIL headquarters.

Before we can ship your products, you may need to reconfirm your card issuer details. We will do our best to minimize delays and support you in taking orders.

International delivery time is between 2 and 7 business days.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

In the event of a return, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

We accept product exchanges without hindrance within 30 working days from receipt of the package at ABULIL headquarters or from purchase.

For orders placed online and in-store, we accept the following options:

1. exchange of the product for another product of equal or greater value
2. exchange of the product for a voucher of the equivalent amount
3. refund

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

1. are returned within 30 days of purchase and are accompanied by a receipt or warranty certificate with the date of purchase
2. Only jewelry that is free of defects, is in its original condition, has not been damaged, has all original packaging and accessories attached, and shows no signs of use is accepted.

The value of the returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days from the completion of the return procedure, carried out by the ABULIL quality control team. The refund is made on the spot in the case of orders picked up in the store.

Personalized products cannot be returned.

We can only exchange a piece of jewelry for another product of the same or greater value. The re-delivery time depends on the product chosen, whether we have it in stock or we have to make it on order. If you want to exchange a product for another from a future collection, the amount already paid may remain in the customer's account until the product is available for purchase. If the new desired product is more expensive than the returned one, you will have to pay the necessary difference.

If the customer requests a return, the product can only be returned in the same way it was purchased: online - by express courier.

In the case of a jewelry item received as a gift, which the customer does not wish to keep, we offer a replacement with another product of similar value. The returned product must be accompanied by the warranty certificate, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In the case of purchasing a gift card/voucher, we do not accept refunds of the financial value.

We reserve the right not to accept multiple returns from the same customer.

We would like to inform you that ABULIL returns to the customer the amount paid for the purchased product, but not the commissions related to third parties (bank transfer, mobilpay, exchange rate differences, etc.).

GUARANTEE

The warranty period for the material of our jewelry is 24 months from purchase.

The warranty certificate ensures the customer the possibility to exchange or repair the purchased product within 24 months from the date of purchase, if it has manufacturing defects. To benefit from this right, it is necessary to present the quality certificate.

The following are considered manufacturing defects: broken pendants, loose rings or bracelets, fallen diamonds, mechanical deformations.

For defects that cannot be covered by our warranty, such as: scratches, excessive or improper wear, broken chain, gold discoloration, repairs will be carried out at an additional cost, depending on the complexity and type of repair. The customer will be informed of this cost before the repair is processed. The pickup/delivery time for a repair/replacement is 15 business days from the time of processing. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer, if delivery is requested.

The guarantee offered ensures the consumer's rights, according to GEO no. 140/2021 on the sale of products and their associated guarantees, and according to OG no. 21/1992 on consumer protection.

For the most correct maintenance of ABULIL jewelry, we recommend:

• Be careful when wearing jewelry encrusted with stones or pearls, as their setting cannot withstand mechanical shocks.
• Keep jewelry in the boxes you received when you purchased the products or in other boxes intended for jewelry.
• Do not wear jewelry during household/rough activities or those where there is a possibility that it may come into contact with sulfur-containing substances.
• Do not wear jewelry during physical activities.
• Avoid contact with chemicals, as they may erode the metal.
• Precious metal can lose its luster over time if it comes into frequent contact with agents such as perfume, salt water, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine or sulfur. Depending on the degree of use, we recommend that your jewelry be examined and cleaned by a jeweler at least once a year.
