About products

How long is my warranty?

All jewelry is accompanied by a certificate of guarantee and quality. The warranty period for the material of our jewelry is 24 months from purchase.

The warranty certificate ensures the customer the possibility to exchange or repair the purchased product within 24 months from the date of purchase, if it has manufacturing defects. To benefit from this right, it is necessary to present the quality certificate.

The following are considered manufacturing defects: broken pendants, loose rings or bracelets, fallen diamonds, mechanical deformations.

For defects that cannot be covered by our warranty, such as: scratches, excessive or improper wear, broken chain, gold discoloration, repairs will be carried out at an additional cost, depending on the complexity and type of repair. The customer will be informed of this cost before the repair is processed.

The pickup/delivery time for a repair/replacement is 15 business days from the time of processing. The shipping cost is borne by the customer, if delivery is requested.

The guarantee offered ensures the consumer's rights, according to OUG no. 140/2021 on the sale of products and their associated guarantees, and according to OG no. 21/1992 on consumer protection (Romanian law).

Are the products authentic?

Each ABULIL jewel is engraved on the inside with the ABL (brand differentiator) 585 marking, which certifies the authenticity of the 14 karat solid gold constituent material.

Can I order the products for someone as a gift?

All ABULIL jewelry is packaged in a premium box tied with ribbon — perfect for gift giving.

If you would like to give the jewelry as a gift, please check the appropriate box on the product page. We will include a greeting card that you can fill in with your message, as well as a gift bag.

Do you also offer gift vouchers?

You can order a digital voucher to give as a gift - worth 350 lei, 700 lei, 1200 lei or 2000 lei. You must fill in all the appropriate data on the dedicated Gift Voucher page. Payment will be made only by debit card, and upon completion of the order, the Gift Voucher will be sent directly to the recipient, in the form of an email.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The value of a Gift Voucher can only be used for purchases on the ABULIL.com website.

How do I access all product details, including size guide?

What happens after placing the order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not find this email in the Spam / Junk section of your email, please contact us by phone at +40730 101 395 or by email athello@abulil.com.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

If you wish to cancel or change the details of a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or Whatsapp: +40730 101 395.

How quickly do you process online orders?

Orders for delivery in Romania are processed within 24-48 hours, except on weekends and public holidays: orders on these days are processed on the first business day. In special situations, a longer processing interval will be communicated to the customer by phone.

International delivery orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

After processing the order or handing over the package to the courier company, you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I pay for orders placed online?

Payment for orders can be made by:

Cash on delivery (only for shipments within Romania). The order value is paid to the courier. We reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders with cash on delivery to Customers who have not picked up one or more cash on delivery orders.

Online with a debit card through Shopify Payments offered by Shopify (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard accepted cards). Important to know! There is no fee charged to the cardholder for bank card payments.

3. In 3 equal installments via Klarna. Choose the payment method "Payment in equal installments via Klarna" when completing the order and follow all the steps to take advantage of 3 equal installments without interest.

What to do if a card is received as a gift?

The value of a Gift Voucher can be used to purchase a piece of jewelry by entering the unique Voucher code on the checkout page. The value of the Gift Voucher will be automatically deducted from the total price of the jewelry.

The remaining payment amount, if the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, will be paid with one of the available payment methods.

If the purchased jewelry is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the unused amount on the Gift Voucher cannot be used for a subsequent purchase. Therefore, we recommend using the entire amount received as a gift in a single order.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

If you have a percentage or fixed value discount code, please enter it in the appropriate box during checkout. The amount will be automatically deducted from the cart value.

About Delivery & Returns

What do you use to deliver domestically? But what about abroad?

We deliver orders in Romania through the courier company Urgent Cargus, with insurance.

International delivery orders are delivered through DHL.

How do I return a product?

Any ordered product can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt, in the original packaging.
